About the Opportunity
Our client is an IT Services organization with treasury and finance operations based in GIFT City, supporting global banking relationships and international transactions. They are looking to hire a Lead – Finance with hands-on exposure to treasury operations, preferably gained while working with global banks or international clients.
This role is ideal for candidates who understand treasury workflows, fund movements, and system-driven finance operations, rather than pure accounting profiles.
Role Overview
The Lead – Finance will be responsible for day-to-day treasury operations, system-based transaction execution, and treasury accounting support using Oracle, while coordinating with banks and internal teams. The role also involves reviewing the work of two junior resources and ensuring operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Execute treasury operations, including fund transfers, loan disbursements, and investments
Support treasury accounting entries and system postings (not pure accounting)
Maintain accurate treasury transaction records and documentation
Assist in monthly closures, reconciliations, and MIS reporting
Liaise with global banks and internal stakeholders for smooth treasury operations
Review and guide the work of two junior finance resources
Exposure to bank reconciliation and accounts payable processes is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of treasury operations and treasury accounting concepts
Working knowledge of Oracle (Finance / Treasury modules preferred)
Exposure to global banking environments or international treasury setups is highly desirable
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
Detail-oriented with strong process adherence and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
Who Should Apply
1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance operations, or banking-related roles
Candidates with global bank exposure (direct or via IT services / shared services) will be preferred
