Role Objective:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital, social, and web marketing initiatives. This role is crucial for enhancing our international brand presence and driving targeted campaigns to engage B2B audiences in the finance and tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to global business decision-makers in the banking, fintech, and tech sectors.
    • Oversee all digital channels, including website, social media, and email marketing, to drive customer acquisition and brand engagement.
  2. Campaign Management:

    • Lead and manage international marketing campaigns across digital platforms to elevate brand visibility.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to create marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads, acquiring customers, and improving conversions.
  3. Website & SEO Optimization:

    • Drive website optimization efforts, including design, user experience, and SEO strategies to improve engagement and usability.
    • Analyze site performance and implement best practices to enhance navigability and conversion rates.
  4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and global market trends.
    • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to strengthen brand reach.
  5. Performance Analytics:

    • Leverage analytics and performance metrics to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
    • Track KPIs and prepare reports to communicate progress, insights, and areas for improvement.

    • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
    • Qualifications:
