Product Marketing Manager : B2B Fintech

 

  • We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience, ready to take on the exciting challenge of promoting our product.
  • As the Product Marketing Manager, your key role is to demonstrate how our products effectively address a broad spectrum of challenges, ranging from everyday issues to exceptional problems. Your primary goal will be to craft compelling narratives about our products, producing content like product decks, case studies, webinars, and more to drive business outcomes. This effort aims to educate both customers and internal stakeholders, enhancing product awareness and boosting conversion, retention, and adoption of the platform among new and existing customers.
  • In this position, you’ll play a crucial role in managing our product marketing assets and significantly contribute to shaping key releases on our roadmap. Your responsibilities include leading smaller product launches and being an integral part of larger strategic initiatives. Utilizing your blend of creative and quantitative thinking, you’ll effectively translate technical product features into persuasive value propositions.

What You Will Do (Duties & Responsibilities)

  • Guide the market-entry strategy for product launches by actively contributing to the development and execution of go-to-market plans and campaigns for introducing new products or features. This includes evaluating their effectiveness against key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating customer acquisition programs, covering business strategies, messaging, collateral, and events.
  • Create and implement plans to showcase the capabilities of our products to both internal and external audiences. This includes establishing regular communication with clients and integrating their feedback into messaging and overall strategies.
  • Coordinate the entire lifecycle of feature launches, from ideation and positioning to announcement and promotion phases. Ensure effective communication of new feature values to the sales team through the development of sales enablement tools like competitive battlecards, product feature slides, customer testimonials, case studies, and more.
  • Develop domain expertise, including a thorough understanding of the market, buyer personas, customer segments, and competitors. This knowledge is documented internally to disseminate across different departments.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to determine the strategic aspects of what, where, how, and to whom key features are marketed, aligning strategies with business objectives and user needs.

Education, Skills & Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role, with a preference for those with B2B SaaS experience.
  • Passion for both technology and marketing, demonstrated through a track record of successfully executing product launches, strong written and verbal communication skills, and effective project management abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individuals with leadership qualities, practical experience, and success in environments prioritizing cooperation.
  • Ability to navigate challenges, handle complexity, and manage ambiguity while adapting well to change.
  • Proven ability to create compelling external competitor assets and preferably experience in a startup, multi-product, and multinational corporate setting.
  • Enthusiasm for understanding the market and translating knowledge into actionable go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong writing background, with the ability to author use cases, solutions, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Team-oriented individual with a positive, proactive attitude, exceptional interpersonal and management skills, and strategic thinking with adaptability.
