Any bachelor’s degree in IT domain

Experience in implementing and managing ITSM tool (ServiceNow). The candidates will play a strategic /operational role in implementing and managing the ITSM tool. The
candidate will have a solid understanding of ITSM which is in the cloud SAAS platform.
* The candidate should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively implement the solution.
* ITSM administrator is responsible for planning, design, management, maintenance, and support for modules the bank has licensed.
* ITSM administrator is SPOC for the ITSM platform.
* Drive the implementation of the ServiceNow project in coordination with the implementation partner and thereafter manage the ITSM tool independently.
* Other roles and responsibilities
* Candidates will have to collaborate with RBI, the internal audit dept, the Compliance Dept, the CISO Office, and internal IT teams to respond/prepare all IT Audit
compliances within stipulated timelines.
* Ensuring all the regulatory returns are prepared and submitted to CISO/CCO/Audit Dept within the stipulated timeframe.
Skills/certifications
* Experience in implementing, monitoring, and managing ITSM tool (Preferably Servicenow) which at present comprises of following modules:
* IT Services Management (tickets, alerts, escalations incident management, Knowledge management, Service Catalog etc)
* IT Operations Management (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, etc)
* IT Asset Management (Hardware asset management and Software asset management)
* Security Operations (Vulnerability Response) in ServiceNow.
* Integrated Risk Management in ServiceNow.
* Having knowledge /experience of continuous improvement of the IT processes and the ability to share knowledge with other colleagues.
* Having a working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
* Knowledge of Cloud Computing
✓ Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines in the IT domain
✓ Knowledge on ISO 27001:2013 and other standards.
✓ Knowledge of articulating policies /procedures for the bank’s IT Domain
✓ Keeping abreast of the latest trends in the IT domain.
✓ Ability to draft compliance to audit observations.
