Job Title: Business Development Manager (IT/ITeS Client Acquisition)

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar

Objective: To attract IT/ITeS clients to GIFT City for various business operations.

Salary: 15-20 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and attract IT/ITeS clients to establish or expand operations in GIFT City.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads to meet organizational targets, focusing on enterprise-level engagements.
  • Networking and Representation: Represent GIFT City at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance visibility and drive interest.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Market Promotion: Actively promote the GIFT Project’s advantages and unique offerings to potential clients within the IT/ITeS sectors.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: MBA/PGDBM/PG in Marketing or related fields.
  • Experience: 8-10 years in business development, specifically in IT/ITeS or real estate, with a track record of client acquisition.
  • Skills:
    • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
    • Basic understanding of the real estate sector.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and travel as required.
