Lead – Windows & Virtualisation (Enterprise Infrastructure)

About the Role

We are hiring a Lead – Windows & Virtualisation for a Bank, responsible for managing enterprise Windows infrastructure and virtualisation platforms in a DC–DR environment. This is a hands-on L3 role, ideal for candidates who prefer deep technical ownership over people-heavy management.

Key Responsibilities

• L3 support for Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

• Manage Active Directory, GPOs, Failover Clustering

• Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, Aria Operations

• Support VMware ↔ Nutanix AHV migrations

• Handle patching, RCA, capacity planning, DC migrations

• Maintain SOPs and support audits & compliance

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Windows Server & Virtualisation

• Hands-on expertise with VMware (Nutanix preferred)

• PowerShell automation exposure

• Experience in banking or large enterprise infra preferred
