We are hiring a Senior Manager – IT Security Operations for a Bank, responsible for overseeing enterprise security operations, threat response, and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on operational security, governance, and risk, rather than consulting or sales-driven security work.

Lead IT Security Operations & Incident Response
Manage security platforms including DLP, EDR/XDR, NAC, PAM/PIM, DAM
Coordinate with SOC teams and vendors
Drive cyber risk management & regulatory compliance
Support RBI audits and internal security reviews
Present security posture and risk metrics to leadership
Strong background in IT Security / Cybersecurity Operations
Experience with SOC, GRC, audits, and compliance
Exposure to banking or regulated environments preferred
Ability to manage vendors and enterprise security tools
High-impact role in a regulated BFSI setup
Ownership of enterprise-wide security operations
