Senior Manager – Network Security (Banking & DC-DR)

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Manager – Network Security for a Small Finance Bank, responsible for managing and securing enterprise network and security infrastructure in a regulated banking environment. This role offers deep exposure to DC–DR operations, audits, and large-scale banking networks, with a strong focus on stability and long-term impact.

(Internally aligned to a senior banking grade – AVP equivalent)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and secure network & network security infrastructure across DC–DR

• Hands-on ownership of Firewalls, Routing, Switching, Load Balancers

• Handle incident, change, and problem management

• Support internal & external audits and regulatory requirements

• Manage MPLS, VPNs, WAF, branch connectivity

• Support cloud connectivity (AWS / Azure / OCI)

• Guide and mentor a small technical team

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in network & security infrastructure

• Hands-on exposure to Cisco / Fortinet / Palo Alto

• Solid understanding of DC–DR, MPLS, VPN, WAF

• Exposure to banking or regulated environments preferred

• Certifications like CCNP / CCIE / PCNSE are a plus
