Role Overview
We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer who enjoys working across the stack and tackling complex systems challenges. You’ll design and develop high-scale observability solutions that empower global companies to diagnose and fix issues faster.
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize observability tools for real-time system monitoring.
Develop end-to-end features using Golang, Python, and React.
Design scalable APIs and services that handle massive data volume.
Solve complex performance and reliability problems with creative solutions.
Own projects from design to production deployment.
Collaborate with a team that values technical excellence, ownership, and feedback.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Golang (mandatory).
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
Working knowledge of Python.
Good understanding of distributed systems and scalability.
Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think from first principles.
Bonus Points:
Experience with observability / APM tools.
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka exposure.
Contributions to open-source projects.
Experience in mentoring or technical leadership.
