Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of SEO to lead our SEO strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) to drive organic and paid traffic. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to enhance online visibility, increase website traffic, and maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, mentor a team of specialists, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Team Management:
  Build and guide a high-performing SEO team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• On-Page and Off-Page SEO:
  Optimize website content and structure, develop link-building strategies, and maintain a healthy backlink profile.
• Technical SEO:
  Conduct audits, resolve crawlability issues, and ensure website performance aligns with SEO best practices.
• Content SEO:
  Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-optimized material that drives traffic and engagement.
• Data Analytics:
  Use analytics tools to monitor website performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration:
  Align SEO strategies with broader business goals and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven expertise in SEO, team management, and analytics tools.
• Strong technical knowledge, including HTML and web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Experience in renewable energy, e-commerce, or high-growth startups is preferred.
