Key Responsibilities

1. Lead developer teams to deliver high-quality designs and solutions.
2. Manage the development team’s deliverables and ensure timely delivery.
3. Provide strong technical leadership in cloud-based software architecture and scalable API designs for a video-as-a-service platform.
4. Inspire and mentor teams to build cutting-edge solutions while proactively bringing creative ideas and technologies.
5. Ensure enforcement of IT standards and the defined technology stack.
6. Day-to-day leadership of the MEF Operations team, ensuring KPIs and service levels are met.
7. Serve as a point of contact and escalation for business-critical applications.
