Manager/Senior Manager - International Business Development (IT/ITeS Client Acquisition)

Objective of the Role: Seeking a Manager/Senior Manager – International Business Development with experience in international property consultancy to attract global IT/ITeS clients for a top financial hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage international IT/ITeS clients, promoting City infrastructure and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international property consultants and real estate firms to facilitate client acquisition.
- Lead efforts to bring international IT/ITeS companies to City, ensuring alignment with the city’s vision and business targets.
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities in global IT markets, positioning City as a prime destination for business expansion.
- Represent City in international forums, conferences, and events, building awareness and promoting its value proposition to global IT firms.
- Negotiate and close deals with international stakeholders, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition for clients setting up operations in City.
- Collaborate with internal teams to offer seamless client services, from inquiry to final setup, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide periodic updates to senior management on business development strategies, lead generation, and deal closures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA/PGDBM/PG in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in international property consultancy, with a strong focus on attracting IT clients.
- Proven track record in bringing international IT/ITeS clients to business hubs or financial districts.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT/ITeS sector and real estate markets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally for business development initiatives.
- Self-motivated, business-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong network within the international IT and property consulting community.
Contract Period: Full-time, Permanent
