Education: BE/BTech (CSE/IT), MCA, MTech (CSE/IT), MBA
PMP certification or equivalent recommended
Technical:
Payments Processing: Expertise in Cards (issuance & acquiring), UPI, Banking/Digital Banking, PA/PG, Merchant Settlements
Compliance & Data Protection: Strong knowledge of GDPR/DPDP, PCI, RBI, and other regulatory compliances
Data Processing & Management: Hands-on experience with large-scale data management, including PII
Customer Engagement: Proficient in RFPs, customer demos, meetings, negotiations, and requirement documentation
Technical Know-how: Containers, Observability, APIs, Security, High Availability, Solutioning
Documentation & Presentation: Skilled in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Figma, draw.io
Data Modelling: Experience with enterprise-level data modeling
Project Management: Agile methodologies, user story development
